The Monitor provides three ongoing service plans for its commercial web customers.

Bronze “marketing” plan
The bronze plan covers hosting, domain registration and basic support. Bronze plan customers also receive 20,000 exposures monthly of a button-style ad on the Monitor Online site, with click-throughs linking to their own site. Service work (site enhancements or updates) is billed at the Monitor’s standard service rate.

Silver “support” plan
The silver plan covers hosting, domain registration, basic support and one free hour per month of service work (site enhancements or updates). (Notes: The hour/month of service time does not roll over if unused in a given month. Service work beyond the first hour/month is billed at the Monitor’s standard rate.

Gold “marketing and support” plan
The gold plan covers hosting, domain registration, basic support and one free hour per month of service work (site enhancements or updates). Gold customers receive 30,000 monthly exposures of a button-style, Monitor Online ad linking to their site. (Notes: The hour/month of service time does not roll over if unused in a given month. Service work beyond the first hour/month is billed at the Monitor’s standard rate.
