The Cornucopia Bakery opened after its owner, Audrey Pellegrino, the Practical Nutritionist, realized her clients were having a difficult time getting good, organic baked goods that were also gluten free. Audrey, a nutritionist, has always loved to bake and has worked for many years in restaurants and catering as her second job. The bakery's mission is to provide homemade organic products in a peanut-free environment and also to provide gluten-free products.

The bakery offers you a chance to switch from highly processed baked goods to flavorful, homemade foods that are created using many local and organic ingredients, creating a taste sensation that is as healthy as possible. The bakery also offers gluten friendly items. They are prepared with the greatest precautions to preserve their gluten free integrity with separate bowls, spoons, ovens and ingredients.

Services:

In addition to the bakery, the Practical Nutritionist offers nutritional education and counseling for prevention of disease, strengthening the immune system and weight management. Counseling is offered for individuals, families or groups. Also offered are cooking classes, both individual or in group, so that you can learn strategies to stay healthy. Shopping tours and pantry analysis are offered. The Practical nutritionist is available for lectures, support and discussion groups.
