What We Do:
Situated in Jaffrey, the heart of the Monadnock Region in southwestern New Hampshire, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is an integral part of its community and is located less than 15 minutes from Monadnock Community Hospital.
Services:
This 83-bed center has nursing units designated for residents according to care needs including short-term skilled care and dementia/memory impairment. The rooms and common areas are all on one level allowing for convenient access. A large enclosed courtyard area affords residents and visitors the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors with a shaded patio, paved walking paths, and easily accessible gardens. Additionally, religious services are regularly provided in the chapel.
