About us
Keystone Management Company, Inc. is a sub-chapter C corporation, incorporated in June of 1984. Keystone functions as a property management company, employing both full time and part time staff. The company is well run, the buildings are well maintained and the occupancy rate is close to 100%.
The company manages a total of 1925 apartments; eight hundred and twelve (812) are located in the state of New Hampshire. The remaining eleven hundred and thirteen (1113) units including manufactured housing lots and self storage units are located in the state of Maine. In 1999, the company began to purchase properties in the state of Maine and continues to pursue large multi-family complex units in the mid and northern part of the state. There are three satellite offices located in Maine.
Keystone maintains a staff of forty four including administrative and maintenance staff. We do our own painting, cleaning, lawn care, snow removal, carpeting and the majority of the maintenance service. Our professional maintenance staff is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Keystone Management Company Inc. has established an excellent reputation in the business community. The company holds a membership with the newly formed New Hampshire Apartment Association. As member of the Concord Chamber of Commerce, the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce and a participant in the Concord Kiwanis Club the company supports local agencies and community projects.
