Cancellations
Should you need to cancel for reasons other than illness, we requirea 24-hour notice. Your workout should be rescheduled and completed within the same week as the cancellation.
If you must cancel your workout[s] because of travel, you can addone extra workout to your schedule prior to your travel and oneworkout upon your return. This solution will help you to reach yourgoals and will guarantee your preferred time slot.
Running Late?
Getting and staying fit are a priority for you or you wouldn't be here. Your workout time is 50 minutes. The schedule is arranged to providea 10- minute preperation time for each client. If you are late, you end up with less than a 50 minute training session and will not realize the benefits of the workout, fully. We encourage prompt arrival for all appointments to avoid this.

Rates for personal training do vary from personal trainer to personal trainer without compromising commitment or expertise. 1:1 Fifty Minutes Sessions= $38 - $50There are several ways to save by working out with friends or family members to reduce per hour cost.
